I think its very elegant and simple, but there could probably be abit more light.

Not bad, you should try making the text behind the top text (the blue faded one behind it) the same font as the one over it. That should look better. Seems a little too simple though, so maybe try and make it look more abstract?
Angle line good work, but 1 colour in BG I think it not enough for foreground. ;D

I like the text of the sig, but in the ava looks poor, nice work, looks very simple. 8/10
