I start yesterday by downloading Photoshop

PLus too much wasted space on the left side.

Text doesnt suit.

Not too bad for a second. Over did the lights on naruto, change some of the settings and font on the text and add a border.

Don't make the signature so bright and make sure the light source comes from a certain place and try using text that suit the image.

Sorry but i like the previous version. For some reason naruto looks distorted, crowed text looks bad and get rid of some of the settings on the text.
