I like the left render.
Your text needs work (it shouldnt cover the render), the pixel is out of place, the background is bad and the colouring not too good.
i dont like it being the faded purple try a blue
The backround text "Spider Man" should not be on the spider man
I like your current one alot more. But this one looks good but the colours of it doesnt make it stand out.
