I would give it atleast 4, anyone can do that. But atleast you are learning, and I have not seen your old signature so I really can not say it is good or bad. Also, I can not really tell what is in the background, but I can see that you used a character from the DragonBall Series.
By the way that is alot of Counter-Strike played. I have never even played 380 seconds, of Counter-Strike in total. Actually, never played it at all, and dont want to. That's only what I think, people really do go nuts over the game :)

Anyone can read a tutorial on how to make one, your the only one who can read one and not follow the step-by-step guides with pictures. Instead of playing Counter-Strike spend some more time reading that tutorial.
I didint use a tutorial, all my stuff comes from scratch unlike you, all you did was take a pic and put ur name on it / a copy wright symbol, wow.. Im impressed!

you just need a brush and a picture...
