For the first in a long time I'm gona rate it out of 25 ...

Your "raping" the signatures by putting a render at the left and the right, the text is blended ok but its to small, but with 2 renders it doesn't really give you much of a window to put it, ur border is pretty much the same as on most of the sigs you make, in this sig it doesn't look good so I suggest a change there.

Main suggestion: make the text larger, reposition it, remove the Heero character and change the border ...
