well 9/10 this background looks cool.
if i were you i would made it more transparent ..i mean that yellow thing ;]

all looks good, color matching to each other. nothing more to add.
light, relaxing, easy sig.

lol you used my render. anyway. looks good maybe take the inner glow of off the render. the vector layer looks awesome. the background is not so good. text is great. its just the background and render that need work. 7/10
