Well, because i know were really good renders are, but my cookie doesn't except it.

Well first step is to stop saying you suck; then you'll suck even more. No flow, Bad Compo. Not digging the colors. add a light source and a couple of gradient maps on there. text is overkill; next time do something simple like arial or futura.
Main point to be noted is you dont use the options given in photoshop just coz they are given. See what to use where otherwise the signature will turn out to be a disaster like this one.

Mate, really, read some tutorials FGS! As most of the sigs being posted currently, bad render, bad BG, bad text, bad choice of colors (I could go on). If you really want to improve your abilities read some tutorials and stop saying you suck!
How about improve your way of commenting?. Every comment involve saying "READ TUTORIALS". It's getting sickening. Just tell what can be improved and what you think of the signature, then just leave it at that. You're not helping anyone by saying "READ TUTORIALS", you're just annoying.
if you use photoshop filters then take more time and dont use only a few..
yes.. you can have some nice results... but it takes a shitload of time.
easyer way is trying to get some renders / or do them urself / and look in the rz tutorial forum, you might find something nice n handy there.

few thinks i would change:
the stuff you made with the font...
if you add effects to fonts they are most of the times unreadable
and try to get a other font
replace the background with something else.. you can also use stock photos if you are not so good.. never forget that u can use other stuff then self made... or go out make a photo of the sky and put it in (would look maybe better then the current stuff :P)
