4/10 not working for me, text looks bad, bg looks ok... that scan thingie is not looking good at all

First of all, it's very big, maybe you need to delete the scanlines in the background, and blend the text, just a little.

I dont like that when the bar passes over the image it turns to negatives.... u should try something different... like lighting it up when it passes or darken it...
Just a newbie opinion xD

delete the bevel of the txt, and delete the bg, and follow a full sig tutorial becuase tbh this isn't very good too

Old english text doesnt have anything to do with WoW and i think your scanlines are too thick

Take away the gradient fill and the emboss on the text, change the blending style to overlay

Two main problems that need to be fixed:

1. ADD A 1px BORDER! It may seem unimportant, but it makes almost any siggy looke alot better. Preferably make it black.

2. Your choice of colour for your text is all wrong, make them the same or of the same family (e.g brown, orange, red). And have a stroke (border) around text, only if it blends nicely with the colour of the test it's stroking, and put the border on ALL of the text not just a few words.

It is looking better than your frist attempt, but it still doesn't look to good. Do what i told you and it'll look a little better, but it just needs alot of work, you should use filters to make nice background to begin with, then move onto using custom brushes (from deviantart.com).

ok here we are, edited the backgorund cz i rly want to to be an image i chose, text about the same color with a ( stroke ) border and the image it self with a border of 1px:

After you overlayed the scrat you took the border off...
