Bad text as you already might have figured I'd say. Render gone too dark. BG is okay. You need to work on teh lighting and a few more effects for the siggy. It should be full and simple at the same time.

the render seems a bit choppy too.
Text is way too big and the Render is too mutilated. BG is pretty standard too.
