i like it but im not sure on the colours. And also on the right side of her hair it looks like the hairs bin chopped but on the left side it dont and i like the 1st 1 best

Decent try. Bad color work. Rough imaging. Work around the sig is not constant. Highly dispersive. :(

#2 is better, but is that a radial blur? if so, get rid of it and smudge it.
