Poorly cut out render, the rest is good. Try to blend the render more with the c4ds used too.

the render is not blended. Try to blend it well, and dont put the render too much on the side. it makes the focal point gone.

I expected that above post, sickening.
Doesn't look like something special, my eye doesn't catch on to it.

Looks like you just used a few brushes and pasted a render, maybe a gradient.
