When i use photoshop ill hit new then ill
put size as 574 x 123
then ill open up the image im gonna drag and drop
ill put it on there
but when i do its like the size of a piece of rice
any idea wat 2 do?:ehh:

how big is the pic?

i think u can select all and hold shift and make it bigger?

Make sure its set to pixels and not inches, You'll notice a great different in the two

it makes no difference also can u drop a gif onto a while background

edit: nvm but how can i get the gif onto my layer it wont go

you saying the size of the canvas appears to be small?
try zomming in

Try doing:
Image> Image Size...
