Ok

If you want do darken a Signature Take a B/W Gradient map on Blending options multiply and decrees the opacity to about 20-30%

The Orange and Purple Gradient map is usually nice for anime tags as it blend the colors nicley.

Either set it to Screen or Soft light on change the opacity. Depending on the tag.

gradient map, is the gradient tool, right?

and what you are saying is, get matching colors gradient,

and the parts i didnt get was, the multiply and decrees the opacity to about 20-30% part

Nope not at all

If you go to Layer - New Adjustment Layers - Gradient Map

You find the gradients maps.

i didnt add text on this because,
1) im awful on text
2) it looked bad with text

and besides, some sigs look good without text :P:

You should learn on where to place text and what kind of text to use.
That's what I'm trying to learn atm

well, i understand what you mean,
but I don't really think that I should be more concerned on text,
obviously, a lot of people need work on it,
but im more concerned on all the other stuff,
such as effects, and etc, etc :P:
