A Signature can be anything you feel like theres no rule to what a signature can be.
Ontopic:
Signature is looking ok needs more blending also try experiment with different lighting settings you dont seem to get the hang of effect c4ds very well.

A signature dont need to have a render. People use renders as their focal point.
I like how you make the guy kicks and at the end of his legs there are explosions. Add a border to make it neater and position the text somewhere that it doesnt take you're eyes off the effects. Maybe at the bottom corner?
