The second one seems as though you just took an apophysis and slapped it on the canvas behind the Render. You can see the edges too where it gets cut off that really takes away from the Sig. I like what you did with the text though that turned out decent.

Looks good for a beginner, read tutorials, they're a big help and teach you a lot.
And, also try using solid backgrounds instead of transparent ones.

render+ typo = thats not even a Signature for me, also the typo with all that options looks ugly.

Signature:

The render have a terrible quality and its not well cut. the Bevel its not really a good option to put into a render,the typo is not good like the first creeper image you showed us and that abstract bg doesnt look nice in the White, like you said, you did this for a black bg

Looking at the above post, looks like the bg gets cut off.
You should have chose a different font for "nubpro" imo. The render you used has bad quality

I dont know how to rate this one, but thats not a sig size, try using simple font style like arial or something. Just make it simple and decent.
