3/10. Looks abit distorted. Hard to see the text on the first one. Keep it up though, you'll be pro sometime. :p
A couple of tuts could help... you gotta a little problem combining colors... maybe you should start with some monochromatics and then turn into colors...
Try to work with only 1 render... (or none) at least at the beginning...

Edit: I changed my mind...since you're new to Photoshop I give a 3/10. You should have made more of an effort to follow one of the tutorials. It's the only way you will ever become proficient with PS. Unless you have an unlimited amount of time on your hands...then you can continue to wander aimlessly through Photoshop's maze of gizzmos and gadgets and figure it out as you go along. That's my opinion.
