never means never, its contradicting :o - but anyways..none of this is important

full animation like rain is abit annoying ye, because it covers the whole thing, its things like some smoke coming out a fag etc, that make a normal siggy, look alot cooler

You need a lot of work.
Animations aren't very good in the signature making world.
Keep reading tutorials and remember the checklist.
1) Depth.
2) Lighting
3) Flow.

...i think thats about it.
