ur first one is the only decent looking one, your borders tottally suck use a 1px border... #5 is jus way to big, ur bg are all nooby and filters... your renders... what did u do to blend them? the only sig i like of urs is ur currentone and im not so sure u made that one.
EDIT: oh u wanted a rating.. hmmm 5/10 overall, 1 for eachone...

Not a bad try man,
But yeh you still have a fair way to go... though perhaps people could tell you some tips and whats wrong other then just saying no i dont like it hehe -.-
Heres a few things i straight off picked up from them that you can try and improve on next time perhaps..
1. Most are too large... they are a relatively short width and too high... for a sig try to stick around 100 - 150 height x 600 width, you can experiment and go smaller or a bit longer and such but they just look a little chunky.
2. I agree with necrosis a simple black 1 pixel border will make your signatures far more affective then having a chunkyish border, im taking it your going for a technical sort of look? Only that isnt mixing with the work youve done.
3. Youve got some okay Backgrounds there, but especially when your using a brushset to make your background, try to do more then just the standard thing like clouds, using your brushes then colouring the layer... duplicate it colour one colour the other use blending layers etc muck around experiment and see what you get... but just dont be afraid to muck around with blending layers, alpha, filters and such.
4. Quality over quantity, your better to spend quite a while mucking around to get 1 nice signature over quickly doing 5.
5. Your 5th definatelly looks outa place with no border.
6. You could do a bit more with your text... text can be a very important component in a signature so try to muck around to get the one that suites the most.
7. Make more use of your space and such.. dont be afraid to overlap images or put a second faded out one in etc... as for the 5th especially you should of tried to get a better looking image with a better perspective to suit it.
Anyhow i hope this gives you some help.
Overall id give them around 3 - 4 outa 10 each with your 2nd one definatelly winning outa the 5.
