Adding that type of text doesn't make it "graffiti style"
Also thats way way to plain,
Smudge the red and blue, Sharpen it, add text and a boarder.
Not much going there, Follow some tutorials.

I always thought it looked like spray paint. Not all sigs need to be fancy either. I like this one as is.

Well for that fancy part, You keep doing that you'll get bad ratings.

Text needs to be fixed, render blended better, border needs other color. Looks too plain.
It's a BG made by smudging and a downloaded sprite render pasted on. It's not blended and the sprite is certainly not a part of the signature.
the sig can be crap so much, by adding ryu and ken it goes already over 5/10 :p

ok i would maybe try to play around with the text also. it somehow doesn't match the rest of it.
Too basic, add depth, filler, more colors, and the text looks too out there and blank, like it was a cut out.
