w\o tutorials their good even for first..but i suggest using tutorials to learn the basics.. imo its nothing wrong with using tutorials..

i no they aint nothing worng with using tuts but i wanted to try some stuff out on my own, but which ones do u think is better green or red one ?

One rule i know...dont use only Efect's .....
