Signature Problem

Well i have been trying to creat a sig and its gonna be my best yet but im having some problems and am hoping thats omeone could help me out.
my problem is that well im in image read program to make the gif and make them loop over and over but the layers only show up right on 1 of the duplicates in the loop and the old version r on the other 1s. im not sure how i can explain it but hopefully you got what i was trying to say

and anotehr question i have is how do you add a layer to your animation strip?

cant answer your question but try not to double post :P
btw that blue overlay is ugly try to make a shadows and make your borders more like high tech also dont use all the stuff on blending options :P

also didnt understand question, but make colors change sloer and smoother... and take that blue thing away
