I don't like the font's effect, or the font itself. Otherwise, the sars look abit too unrealistc, but it's alright.

Amount: 10%
Gaussian
Monochromatic

Then go to levels (Ctrl+L)
and put in the following numbers at the top,
0,0.25,100

should be some decent stars :P
