The effects are good, the green lines stand out a bit too much and distract from the focal. The flow is a bit ruined on the left, but I think it's one of your good tags.

It's a great sig, but there's problems.

The green pentooling was done badly as well as the city behind the render, they dont match too well.

Also the border isn't even :P

text is alright imo, the borders, kill those, they are bad, colours could be way better imo, idk, but the pentool sticks out to much, and the left side of the tag the pentool is a bit weard, the big line thingy, maybe kill it and add another pentool line there, the flow of that line is realy not helping the tag imo... burn the sides a bit, the dept could be better, it seems to have only little to no dept, the building at his shoulder looks asif it went true him or something... I think you deleted part of his arm or something, cuzz looks wears, but yeah, one of your better tags stil, and yeah sorry for all the critique, but I am honoust and I think people need that as wel... kissing ass doesnt help you anyways.. that is my opinion though.... but kiu, gj on this overall, try and fix what I said, or keep it in mind for a next tag... ;)
