tutorials are your friend dude, i'll give you 4/10 for the bit with the text and the person, the rest is garbage.
why make it moving?just leave the last gif and it would be better and like ramurtha sayd try some tutorials

dont use that mirror effect on the text, dont use the outer glow effect on the text, for some good fonts, go to Download fonts | dafont.com, and the background doesnt match the render, for some good tutorials and renders go to Planet Renders v3
