Text is bad. Render placement is bad. Render blending is pretty bad too. Color combination is bad. Whats that greeny shiny thing? Try using other brushes too. Dont repeat the same ones all over the siggy.
There is a whole lotta space for improvement. :D
Well, the green shiny thing I assume it some sort of power symbol. The render itself looks a bit elongated. No reason for speed lines, it isn't a comic. Background is mostly back, really need to add something there (if the point was to be black at least add some undertones of grey or a overlay of something). The leaves brush is pretty random without any type of theme.
Please read some tutorials.
