what you make that in paint? seriously, what's with the 256 color sig? Is it a finalcial issue or to give off an effect?
Don't wnana be an asshole, but aside from the lackluster blending, the font color/blending doesn't work very well with the sig, and those random dots on the right are more annoying than appealing, and the samurai...blending is key here :P

EDIT: Just checked grain effect again, it has color-dots but this image ^up^ there has white dots, not like grain effect. grain effect looks like that:
SO, in my eyes its now riped, +riped from bad quality image. he probably got somewhere a low quality gif format image, and he added just his name to there 0/10

Personally, I like it. But after considering what darran said, I think that it could've been ripped. I mean, the picture looks a hell of a lot more professional than your current sig.
uhm sorry i am only working like 4 weeks working (not counting the breaks) with photoshop and i didnt had much time to practice because i am drowning in school work so i will practice more after i had the test week
(and about the ripping i followd like 83 different style tuts and this is what came out)

2. I dont think there is 83 different styles (maybe with sub-styles)

the sig, i say its pretty good, its like one of them streetfighter style graphics from snes or something, i like the brush storkes and the render looks ok, i realy cant see why people are saying you stole it, maybe because it looks that good it cant be urs XD i dunno i give it a 7/10 because i didnt like the placement of the text and that bar on the side also those white things in the left corners.
well i like it 8/10 :) very nice work
well comparing your best piece to my best piece (the logo i'm using now) i'd say youve done a good job :D
