try finding better cut and better text and i would think diff bg color but if you want it as is its fine
the only thing i like about it is the lightning.

If you have a current job, id advise you not to quit and do things related to graphics!
thats shocking... there isnt even a border... the background looks like the cloud filter and than you just added a noise, desaturated than added colour.
