its to easy to make a sig like this, make 2 copy's of the layer... gausion blur the first, than the one on top should just be soft light or overlay.. whichever looks better, i can also see the scanlines in to top right hand corner :P however it looks nice, but i dont see much work put into it.

Yes true but some times a simple 10 min sig would look better than a 1 day sig ..
A 1 day sig :O your eyes would knack after that.
