oh boy it's the same as ur 2nd
don't work so fast, every 2 hours u post a Sig!
A good Sig need alot of time.
Go to Google and search for PSD Tutorials or Signatur Tutorials.
U can make ur Sigs so much better if u look for some Tutorials!

Follow a tutorial, so that you can learn the basics of sig making, what's needed, and what makes sigs good...
Find a few results you like, and follow the tutorial to them.

Then when you think you know, through repetitive tutorial following, you can go solo...and be as creative as you like.

4/10 for the sig.
Border, Is the render the background or is the background the foreground?
Text needs work...too big.
Quality of render seems to have been messed up a bit.
