It's a "clipping mask of the focal." I don't see how it's related to the picture at all imo.

the blur style is nice but is blured alooot
the light source is weird, atleast in my monitor i see it like a gif low quality ( looks like dust )
the c4d will fit if u used another mode
the render fits well in the background and the typo is quite nice.

soft and clean, i like that style as well, and my vote goes to you because im a fan of that kind of style. But. its not really fair to make a fight with different content.
But yeah, the light source is very well placed,i think u gave the render a bit of sharpen, the only thing missing is a good typo and it will be perfect.

Halo is not really Anime like Spider Man, i think doing Anime Style tags are easier to do than 3d models like Halo.
