I am not really impressed by the crosslines. That just makes it look a real bad. It's still choppy. So much more work could be done.

ain't impress me so much. i think you used way to many renders in it.
the bg in the header looks nice. but the render (angel) is messing it up somehow, also the one in the right bottom corner looks like its bad a cutout.

do some blending - it looks like you used a wizzard to make everything - then you added the pictures also with a wizzard ..

Im not impressed at all. when you design a layout think of the code that will go into it. use more repeateable elements and less Images that pull bandwidth. the design looks cut and pasted together and A few brushes here and there. Id seriously consider starting at square one.
