Website graphics help.

Hi, I currently have someone designing a website (.asp) and he just started but we don't have a graphics designer, so the site looks really plain. But I am going to make a temp layout today. If anyone could help with this that would be awesome. He just built the site today and has allot more that is going to be added soon.

This is a site for a wow cpanel, if anyone wants to help with your photoshop skills that would be great. I'm doing one my self just for now but I suck at photoshop and i want it to look good.
