lol.... well i did an update and made it so the eyes dont blink so periodically as much, here it is

im using CS1 and umm well i started out photoshopping cars and gained knoledge like taht so hmmm, im mainly good a brushing and things like that... im not to sure on what tips to give to u cause im not sure if they are well usefull for making sigs XD i just draw what i like and place it into my sig usually

EDIT: i also just made one of those minisigs things... i thought id have a go at it :P

eveyrthing fits together very well, maybe just need a bit more details for the bg.

and about mini sigs/user bars, they are all nice, its hard to make an ugly user bar..lol...

lol thnx for comments darren, there is a black boarder but its set to 1 px and well aint very noticable
