i've been doing some research and i think it's 24 quests actually :s
Dual class requirements:
Dual class 1: Level 105, Extreme stone, 2000 fame OR 50000 ladder points.
Dual class 2: Level 110, Balrog's tooth, 2500 fame OR 60000 ladder points as well as completing all 24 dual class quests.
Dual class 3: Level 120, Lich's eye, 3000 fame OR 70000 ladder points as well as completing all 24 dual class quests.
Dual class 4: Level 135, Dragon scale, 4000 fame OR 80000 ladder points as well as completing all 24 dual class quests.
Dual class 5: Level 150, 5000 fame AND 90000 ladder points, and completing all 24 dual class quests. I forgot the item needed for this but I doubt anyone will reach this in a while.
Explanation of the 24 dual class quests: To achieve dual class 2 status and above, you need to complete 24 quests. The quest NPC will request a Yllse secret, Zypern secret, Vyseus secret, or 50 dual fame. Note that dual fame and regular fame are two different things. You can achieve dual fame by contributing in war and your nation wins, or by attending dual class quests.
