It's better than MS Frontpage.. haha.. Dreamweaver can be a good tool if you learn how to use it- especially for beginners. Plus it can automatically sync your live site with your local, development site. It's good at a lot of things, but the design mode is quite flawed and lazy, to me.. As well as previews, not sure if it changed but before it wasn't right for IE or standards-compliant browsers.. that was over 4 years ago tho, since I used DW ;)
I kind of like the idea of code-completion with certain things. As far as that goes, it's no worse than those Visual Studio pieces.. Just for web-sites instead.
