Hosts file custom block page

Hi,
Im using my hosts file to block websites.. actually it redirects it to my website
It looks like this...

127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.0.1 www.nametoblock1.com
127.0.0.1 www.nametoblock2.com
127.0.0.1 www.nametoblock3.com

is there anyway for the website to be redirected to a difrent page e.g.
www.mywebsite.com/block.html ..???

or if it is possible to setup a file in a certain folder e.g. C:\Windows\block.html ??

i dont know if its posible but maybe has something to do with another port im using port 80 and 8080
