[JAVA] Making a .exe?

Hi , i want to know how does can i make a .exe in java? Because the compiler (Netbeans) Only makes a .jar (At least for me) and the compiled files with javac only can be oppened via java/bin

And i dont really understand C/C#/C++ X_X...

Java doesn't make exe bins and that's why it sucks >.>
You can make an exe bin that runs the java jar though.

I wouldn't suggest using Java, but I suppose it's possible.
