If you can produce work that is satisfactory to your boss(es) in less time than 40 hours a week, then you would technically be making potentially quite a bit more than 30USD/hour. Of course, it also depends on the company. Maybe they expect you to be in the office 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (full time job in the USA).
If they just expect you to produce work, then it is possible to be paid a 'full time' salary whilst technically working less than full time hours. Of course, once again, this is very subject to which company you are working at.
People with 8-10 years of programming experience may have a salary in the low 6 digits. That's around 55USD/hour.
Oh, and 30USD is 21.80 Euros. 55USD is about 40 Euros.
Freelancing, I would assume, would usually be cheaper than if you were receiving money from your full-time job.
Of course, as others have said, if you believe you have quality code that you delivered quickly, then by all means, charge high. If you did a project in 10 hours that would take a team of two people 20 hours to do, than charge for 40 hours :P.
