Wiredex want a simple webserver download xampp, and for tutorials go to Pixel2Life and Good-Tutorials with coding u dont realy need a teacher, u just need alot of time, and gota love reading :)

Wiredex, if you wanna test your scripts at your computer then try to get Install PHP5 Apache MySQL on Windows : WAMP5, it contain most of the stuffs you need.
To learn php, you will have to practice, target yourself make your own project.
Sometimes you will need to refer to their official website, PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor
A really simple, no installation needed web server just for work checking would be Baby Web server.
sorry to say but xampp is better then wamp... tried them both and read about them as well. duno about baby web thow.. ill have to try that...
I personally suggest you manually install the HTTP, PHP, and MySQL server. It will be slightly hard it first, but you will get more familiar to the applications by doing so.
Being able to correctly manipulate Apache's configuration file, for example, is a good advantage and learning step.

Also if you are going to pursue a career in this, then go for it, but I know several people in the business and you have to know at least HTML,PHP,JS well as well as a few other languages. Also you would have to be able to use their CMS software etc. If you really want to do this then the best teacher is yourself, W3Schools, php.net and so on.
