[PHP][Help] Status & News

Hello.

I am currently making a webiste for FlyFF, but since I am still newbie in this, I dont know how to make a Status and News system.

I've been using mostly a tutorials about how to make News system, but most of them are not working, and havent actually even find one that would 100% work.

So if anyone would mind letting me know how to make a simple news system and a status system, would be nice.
