Yes Mario_Party, you are correct. As in my previous post, the author thinks that does the duty of I find that Notepad++ is the best text editor. Don't Use Dreamweaver if you dont know what you are doing. You wont learn anything.

Another good editor is PSPad PSPad - freeware unicode developer editor for Microsoft Windows, capable handle near any syntax, e.g. HTML, PHP, XHTML, JavaScript, ASP, Perl, C and many other languages with HEX editor and multilanguage interface

I concur with mario_party, PSPad is an excelent editor, I use it myself as well.
As for your topic, it:
1. has an incorrect title
2. has an incorrect tag (this has nothing to do with PHP)
3. is a stupid question. Anyone with even the most rudimentary HTML skills knows what the <br> and <tr> tags do, if you don't it can very easily be found by google.
