in a matter of fact, i can unless i don't have to code. but, last time i did the person never replied until after a month or so crying for it. So im not sure if i should do it. But you need to hand out more information asap, if not, i'll have to close this.

there is a request rules sticky. try adapting that for a website plan. and i would like to know if thats your sig that your using.
i would need size, layout, style, colour, links etc etc, everything on how you want the site to look like, and also, make sure to answer Ramuthra since he want to know.

lol that looks a really pro design on that sitre i doubt Flawz would make it look that good but then im not sure on what kind of skills hes got could suprise me :D

Yes, i could make a site like that w\o flash ofc since i have no skill in it what so ever, though. There's no way in hell im spending my time doing a template like that for free.
