Request Borders [Website Design]

I was looking for some borders do go with a project I'm doing.
I've been sitting here for hours playing with metal textures and glows to try and get something, but I just can't do it.
My ideas are stemming from the theme placed on League of Legend's "Pulsefire Ezreal" skin, and that sort of sci-fi setting. The borders/background just have to go on my main content area, and need to be about 1024x768, allowing room for scaling.

This is where I got the idea from (the background was the inspiration), and I want to obtain that sort of effect.

Any help or feedback in getting this done is very appreciated.
