cash shop price

Sir， i dont know why i had edit cash shop.dat and cash shop_.dat in server side, cash shop.edf in client side. but at the end i found the price still unchanged, i dont know why, i had use RU nation code in server side,
one more thing is ,i found the cash shop. edf in client is as same as cash shop.dat in server side when it change into .dat format, is it same? i can use same file both side?
i had try a set cash shop file,it is iovnas file it is all item in 10 point each,

for price edit :

Client Side : DataTable/en-gb/NDItemCash.dat
Server Side : Script/CashShop_str.dat ( edit at RUSSIAN Price )

Edit every price the same unless u know the RU column like most people!
