I am looking for ENG client for 2.2.3.2, Tried the PlayRF client but it's not ENG

I used Dev-Launcher and setup it to US but it's not in ENG.
Also tried the US RF_Online.bin in this thread http://forum.ragezone.com/f479/re-upload-rf-online-2-a-907594/
but the client had error and closed.

Installed Emulator for Launcher and all instructions was done.
My problem now is every time I edit my RF.exe with my Server's IP I always get an error

Sorry if I ask too much, I'm just excited to finish my Server and been awake for 24hrs finding solutions. This is just my 1st time to create an RF Server coz I had most of my time creating Mu Server for 3 years.

Managed to enter the Game using Dev-Launcher but in TH language still hoping to fix my Emulator & Launcher
