That would be the best solution if he is able to.

If its desirable, I can code a launcher where you can just put in your server IP and connect. No emulator required.

We're trying to work out the bugs in our 223 launcher. It should be working fine for 2232, but I need to test it to fully confirm.

We'll release it once its ready.
