if you can't figure it out this little thing, i'm not recommended you to open any server, someone might destroy your server...

it's in accountsystem.ini, WorldInfo.ini, fg.ini, fgrs.ini
don't change the rest of the ini files, don't touch servername in BillingSystem,ini

that is how i change servername, if that doesn't work, i recommended you to use the original *.ini files
and look what is the server name, and change any initialize that contain that name in it,
