how to give Normal Account CPT

Hi everyone.. i notice that only can give items in RF Managetool is Dalant, Gold and some Points.. but how to give CPT to a normal player.. thank you

you might not use your eyes correctly, there's pvp point(CPT) in manage tools -_-"
