selling item by cash point from npc

some reasons i can use the cash shop because the nation code did not support the feature, and i want to put the item in npc sell in cash point, can it work?
how to make it? sorry

without module, not going to work, and if cash shop not work, then npc sell in cash shop not going to work either

sir, i use chinese name in character i got DB error when i buy cash item, but use english is working, i know thats is related to billing database, i dont know how to fix it...
