A question to the guitarists
Well, this thing just bothered me for a long time. I got a few questions concerning the wood types used in the guitar.
How does the wood affect the guitar's sound?
What are the major types of wood used?
What kind of sound do you get with each different wood?
How is the guitar's price affected by this?
Thank you for the support.

Re: A question to the guitarists
Yes. The wood used in the guitar affects the guitar's sound.
Some of the wood generally used are - ash, maple, rosewood, pine ...etc..
The denser the wood the better the echos and etc can be produced. Lotsa depth to go in actually. Cant do all that now.
The cost depends on the material of the wood. The better the costlier obviously.
Try going to some Music shop and talk to the dudes there. They'll be able to give you a better explanation.

if your talking about acoustic, go for an OLD rosewood guitar. New guitars are still stressed from bieng made. Old guitars are more relaxed and sound nicer
